Andrew started his professional career as a petitioner and eventually grew into running several teams all around the United States as one of the nation's top political campaign managers in charge of collecting signatures for a number of important political initiatives. Afterwards he was recruited by one of the largest publicly traded telecommunications companies in the US, Frontier Communications to hire, motivate, and manage their entire door-to-door sales team and create their internal training program in the Seattle, Washington and surrounding markets. During his time there he was sent to new territories to lay the foundational ground work, recruit, train, and manage their sales reps in each city they needed him to launch. As a key player in their sales department he was directly responsible for adding thousands of dollars to the company's bottom line and attaining hundreds of clients for their TV, phone, and internet services. As one of the initial Co-Founders and the Operating Manager of Victory Flashlights he is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations, as well as training and leading the company's sales team to execute at their highest possible ability. Robert Szentes

Ever since a young age Robert Szentes has had a fascination with electricity. Starting from the age of five years old he eventually advanced from building electrical trains to working on the most suffocated circuitry used today's space ships under his previous employer, Qualcomm as lead project manager and technical troubleshooter. As one of the top engineers for this well-known publicity traded company he was the gentleman they call in when everybody else can't find the answers to an important issue. His ability to think outside the box and come up with creative, cost effective solutions for complex ideas puts him in a league of his own when compared to the traditional analytical, narrow focused engineers. With extensive experience in aviation, automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, quality control, testing design, product sourcing, integrated circuitry, and managing an engineering team he plays a key role in our research and development team. With over 20 years of in-depth, high level knowledge and the proven ability to lead teams of technicians he is the ideal type of individual to be our Lead Product Development Engineer. His passion for this project is unmatched as only a few people like him have the vision of where Victory Lights will be in a few years in order to leave a senior position at one of the most prestigious and leading companies in that space. Robert's ability to manage, motivate and recruit the top technical talent is unmatched as he has been able to attract an all-star engineering team to join us in turning our ideas into reality using the latest technology known. Imre Pesti Imre Pesti plays a crucial role in the Victory Flashlight's engineering team as our LED and electronics expert. He is responsibility for developing and programing the flashlight's settings and features into its circuit board. Imre will be the individual designing the USB functions of the light and understands the necessary methods of how to precisely integration reliable electronics in a durable housing. He has insider access to the latest LED and battery technologies available and will be engineering the final product assuring overall greatest level of reliability and sturdiness. He also has extensive experience with heat conducting materials and lens optics giving him the proper talents in order to designing our flashlight's housing and reflector cone. Mel Jacobo

As an expert mechanical engineer and talented Computer Aided Designer (AutoCAD), Mel Jacobo has a unique combination of skills that are necessary in every research and development team. His natural ability to see what an item look like inside and out before it even exists is a rare ability that gives him the competitive edge in his area of work. Mel's extensive experience as an engineer for the US Army and the Transit Department has allowed him to learn the ins and outs of statistical quality control and the scheduling required to ensure that the highest level of products are created through his efforts. In addition, he is well-versed in barrel pressurization and firing mechanics he'll be helping us increase the speed and distance the Victory Light shoots its OC liquid as well as its gun rail mounting system. With his assistance in improving the mechanical firing trigger, barrel, canister mating area, internal spacing, and overall structural strength his suggests are paramount in improving the device's core operating components. Mel will also be consulting with us on how to maximize the materials we will be using and simplify the manufacturing procedure to insure a cost effective production and assembly process. With his talents in AutoCAD, Mel will be able to also support us in creating additional accessories and the plastic clam shell packaging of the Victory Light under the direct direction of Robert Szentes and our entire executive team.
