The WRSS system was developed for Navy ships to protect the ships from crowds at the dock in foriegn ports as a non-lethal alternative to other force protection systems. It can easily be mounted on all police vessels to help in crowd contriol and stopping fleeing vessels at sea.

The system uses a patented calibrated eductor to put a special formulation of OC (Oleo Resin Capsicum) into a stream of water. This gives the user the ability to use the force of the water stream combined with the non-lethal chemical to stop a water borne pursuit and move a crowd of people that are dockside.
